Loft Conversion in Knighton.
The above space has been created by great architectural design, and repeated liaison with the planning office. This allowed for a rather special loft conversion, that maximised the space, creating a larger room than many other loft conversions. The rear dormer was installed with full height Velfac ‘twist and turn’ doors, and clad in a very modern dark grey aluminium cladding. As well as providing a large bedroom, with a smaller ensuite, it is a room that maximises the natural light available. On top of this, the rear full height doors highlight the wonderful view of St Mary’s Church, giving the impression of living in a village, rather than a busy suburb.
